Service Description
For patients with an existing physician's laboratory order. Schedule a mobile blood draw at your home, office or preferred location. A valid lab order is required.
Cancellation Policy
Please read the information below, as it contains important information regarding rescheduling and cancelling of appointments.
Please be advised that we have a strict no refund policy. If you may need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to
your appointment. If you request is not made 24 hours prior to your original appointment a $45.00 rescheduling booking fee will apply. Which needs to be paid in full prior to re-booking the appointment.
A no show, no call will require another paid in full test.
Cancellations are no refunds.
